This policy explains how and when you pay for an order on SOLTERI.
Accepted payment methods

We do not accept PayPal. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.
When you are charged
Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Your order is only confirmed once payment is authorised.
Currency
Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate and may add a fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by us.
Taxes and duties
Prices include VAT where it applies. There are no customs charges payable by you — nothing is added on delivery.
Security
Payments run through Shopify's encrypted, SSL-secured checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined the order is not placed and no goods are reserved. Check the details with your bank and try again, or use another method.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will tell you before doing so.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. See our Return and Refund Policy.
