Description
A Check Duster That Runs All The Way To The Calf
The Mathilde is cut long and straight in a two-colour woven check, with a soft shirt collar instead of a lapel and a single row of buttons down the front. Two large patch pockets sit at the hip. The shoulder is dropped and the body is unstructured, so it hangs like a robe rather than standing away from you. Worn open over wide trousers it reads as a layer; closed, it reads as a coat.
