Description
A Tie-Neck Blouse Built On A 1950s Block
The Ottilie is cut the way blouses were cut before they got loose. A stand collar carries a long self-fabric tie that knots into a full bow at the throat; the body is darted close through the waist and released into a short pleated peplum. Flutter cap sleeves sit over the shoulder rather than round it. In mustard yellow it is a period piece that still works with a plain black trouser.
