A Short Puffer Cut Deliberately Too Big
The Philippa is a hip-length puffer with the volume turned up. The shoulder is dropped well down the arm, the body is wide, and the sleeves are full to a gathered cuff, so it holds a rounded shape rather than following the body. A tall stand collar zips right up to the chin. In a soft taupe it stays quiet despite the size.
